A MOBILIZATION DEPOSIT of $2000 for each opening to initiate our search is required which will be credit towards the PLACEMENT FEE for candidates you hire.

EnspireMAX is a subscription program designed for clients with multiple openings. This program offers strong financial incentives to our clients along with unmatched candidate qualification services and benchmarking. Our goal is to change the way you look at staffing!

ENHANCED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION services, including personality assessment and cognitive skills testing
WEEKLY REPORTING of candidates submitted and hours devoted to your staffing needs
HEAVILY DISCOUNTED AND FIXED PLACEMENT FEES based on volume hiring. Under this program, savings are realized on your first hire!
EnspireMAX’s monthly subscription is $3000 plus FIXED placement fees discounted on an annual basis as follows:
Hires 1-5: $18K per placement
Hires 6-12: $15K per placement
Hires 13+: $12K per placement
We believe if you look into these programs, you will see the obvious advantages for companies who opt-in.
WE ASK FOR . . .
A minimum 90-day commitment to the plan, but if you aren’t completely satisfied with our results in the first 30 days, we will give you your money back (and work with you under a contingency arrangement if you prefer).
