Rapid Deployment/Platform Change

Enspire Partners provided consulting expertise to assist a paper company in rolling out JD Edwards to over one fifty plants and thirty distribution centers, replacing incumbent SAP systems.  While their E1 software was not highly customized, it had a tremendous amount of interfaces requiring integration. 

This project was completed in 120 days.
