For a process manufacturing client, we provided documentation services to create on-line manuals to document procedures for newly acquired subsidiaries to train their accounting department.  

Subsequently, these procedures were developed using UPK to automate the training process.

In a related project, we gave Net Change training to an Executive Steering Committee evaluating a platform change.
