Staff Audit

For a medical device manufacturer, we preformed staff audit and review services to assist a new manager in understanding the traditional organizational chart of a JD Edwards IT team. We interviewed and assessed team members and consultants to facilitate models for future expansion. 

Commonly, we find only 20% of a company's staff have both high Competency (in their current position, "As Is") and high Aptitude (to be effective in the post-upgrade environment, "To Be"). The Staff Audit aids leadership in retaining top talent and identifying people who are candidates for additional development.
